Know where your data stands
See how complete and consistent your asset information is, class by class.
Asset-data quality & insight
AssetIQ is being built to help asset-intensive organisations see how complete and consistent their asset information is, and what to fix first. Today it scores asset classes and their attribute templates; scoring of full register extracts is planned. It is in development, and scope is agreed during discovery.

Better asset data, with a clear order of work to get there.
What changes for you
See how complete and consistent your asset information is, class by class.
Findings are scored and listed, so effort goes where it matters; a ranked fix plan is planned.
Compare your asset classes with asset information standards and data-quality measures.
Who it helps
AssetIQ is in development. These are the people it is being built to help.
Measure asset-data quality the same way every time and show progress, using rules designed with reference to data-quality standards such as ISO 8000-8.
Scored findings that show what to fix first; a ranked fix plan is planned.
A readiness view for an SAP Enterprise Asset Management move is planned, so you can see what to fix before you migrate.
More reliable records behind each work order. Hierarchy checks are planned.
Clean-up effort spent in a sensible order, and less risk of paying to migrate data that is not ready.
A repeatable, rule-based score with the rules visible, rather than a view based on opinion.
Who it is for: Asset information and data-governance leads, asset and maintenance leaders preparing for a system change, and technology teams who need to trust the data they migrate.
Capabilities
Scores asset classes and their attribute templates against a library of weighted data-quality rules. Scoring of full register extracts is planned.
Planned: structural checks on functional-location and equipment hierarchies.
Maps asset classes to published asset information standards and shows missing attributes.
Findings are scored and listed; a ranked fix plan is planned.
Planned. Not yet built.
Changes to the rule and standards baseline are approved by a second person.
Download an evidence pack for a score and check that it is unchanged.
Every change is logged.
Viewer, owner, reviewer and admin roles see and do what their role allows.
Run it yourself or on SAP BTP from the same codebase.
An optional AI copilot can run on the device, and is off by default.
How it works
Standards and data quality
AssetIQ is being built to measure asset information against recognised standards.
Asset classes and their attribute templates are scored against weighted rules, designed with reference to ISO 8000-8 data-quality measures, so quality is measured and not guessed.
Asset classes are mapped to published asset information standards, with missing attributes shown.
Each score points back to the rule behind it.
Better asset information supports an asset-management system, for example under ISO 55001. AssetIQ is being designed with reference to these ideas; it is not a certification and does not guarantee compliance.
How it pays back
Fix the gaps that matter most first, and avoid carrying poor data into a new system.
A documented data-quality baseline and improvement plan can help you build evidence for investment and funding cases that rely on asset data.
Find missing-attribute problems before a migration or an audit finds them for you.
AssetIQ is in development, so these are intended outcomes and not results. We agree what to measure with you in discovery and do not quote savings percentages.
FAQs
Not yet. It is in development. We confirm scope, availability and integration needs with you before agreeing any engagement.
Your asset classes and attribute templates are the starting point. Register extracts come once full-register scoring is built. Details are agreed in discovery.
Talk to us. We explain the intended scope and where it is today, and agree a focused first look at one register or asset class.
No. Scoring is read-only. Changes to your records stay in your own systems and under your own control.
Data-governance and asset-information leads get a measured baseline. Asset managers get scored findings. SAP programme teams get a readiness view once it is built. Finance and audit get a clear, rule-based picture of where the data stands.
It is being built around asset-information and data-quality standards, including ISO 8000-8 style measurement. It is aligned to these ideas and is not a certification.
A readiness view for SAP Enterprise Asset Management is planned and not yet built.
By pointing clean-up effort where it matters, and by avoiding rework after a migration or audit. We agree what to measure in discovery.
Where AI is used it is optional and off by default. An optional copilot can run on the device. What is offered is agreed during discovery.
