See the whole picture
Asset records, open work and location in one operating view, instead of three screens and a spreadsheet.
Spatial asset intelligence
mapERP is a map layer for the system you already run. Crews and planners see the assets, work and locations held in your system in one view, and field changes flow back to the system of record only when they are approved.
Solution fit assessment — Scope, integrations and availability are confirmed during discovery. Pricing: Talk to us.
Everything your system knows about an asset, shown where it really is.
What changes for you
Asset records, open work and location in one operating view, instead of three screens and a spreadsheet.
Crews update location, photos and readings on a phone, even when they are offline.
Each change is reviewed, sent through the system’s own interfaces once approved, and logged with who, what and when.
Who it helps
Different people get different things from the same map.
One trusted view of assets, open work and location, so it is easier to see where records and reality differ and to explain it.
Plan work by location. Select an asset and see its nearby work; a planning board is on the roadmap.
Capture location, photos and readings on a phone, online or offline, and know the change is routed to the right record.
Review each proposed change on the map before anything is written, with the crew’s evidence beside it.
Add location to SAP without replacing SAP or your GIS. The server enforces roles, and the system of record keeps owning its records.
Every change shows who proposed it, who approved it and when, so “who changed this and why” can be answered from the record.
Who it is for: Asset and maintenance leaders who want one trusted view of assets and work, operations and field leaders whose crews need the right map, and technology leaders who want to add location to SAP without replacing anything.
Capabilities
Show assets and work from your system of record on open map services (OGC/WFS) today, with Esri support being proven.
Crews propose location, photo and reading updates from a phone, with or without signal. Location data is removed from photos on the server.
A steward reviews each proposed change on the map. Field roles propose; they do not write governed data directly.
Approved changes are sent through the system’s own interfaces. Field changes captured offline are held on the device until signal returns.
Every change is recorded: who proposed it, who approved it, and when. The record is hash-chained, so a later alteration can be detected.
People see and do what their role allows, and the server decides, not the screen.
Scan an asset code to open its record, then use Navigate here to get to it.
Find any asset, work item or place from one search box (Ctrl+K).
Rank crews for a job and route them to it.
Open the map from an SAP record and come back to SAP with one click.
Admins configure layers, forms and rules in a studio, with no code.
Bring data in, take it out, and analyse it on the map. An optional digital twin add-on is available.
See how the map is being used, and produce a signed usage report.
Use open data and PMTiles basemaps beside your own layers.
Run it on open components (Docker, PostGIS, Keycloak) or on SAP BTP.
How it works
Works with: Built for SAP S/4HANA, with Maximo and IFS connectors in validation; Esri and GeoServer (OGC) map services. mapERP is a spatial layer over your system of record. It is not a maintenance system and does not replace one. Other systems, and live write-back, are confirmed integration by integration during a solution fit assessment.
A good working day starts when everyone is looking at the same map. That's mapERP: Hastha's map layer for the system you already run. Seven thirty. The planner sees every asset and its open work, right where it is. Six jobs sit close together, so they plan one round. The dispatcher sees which crew is nearest, and sends the job to their phone. On site, the crew member corrects the pin, adds a photo and a reading, even with no signal. The steward reviews it on the map, photo beside it, and approves. Approved changes can be written back to the right record, through the system's own interfaces. Every step is logged: who proposed it, who approved it, and when. By Friday, the manager can see where work is gathering, and decide with the full picture. mapERP doesn't replace your system of record. It gives it a map. Fewer repeat trips. Less double entry. And one record everyone can trust. Tell us what you'd like to work better. We'll start with a short solution fit assessment. Hastha. Solutions simplified.
Compliance and governance
mapERP is built around controlled change to governed records.
Field roles propose changes. A reviewer approves them. Only then are they written back, so one person cannot change governed data alone.
People see and do what their role allows. The server decides, not the screen.
Each change is recorded with who, what and when, ready for an internal or external review.
mapERP supports good record-keeping: accurate, traceable asset information of the kind asset-management standards such as ISO 55001 look for. It is not a certification and does not make an organisation compliant by itself.
How it pays back
Less time reconciling three screens and a spreadsheet, fewer repeat visits caused by a wrong or missing location, and no need to replace SAP or your GIS to get a map.
Field-verified, located asset records can help you build the evidence behind a funding case, a grant application or a regulator submission.
Changes are reviewed and logged, so a wrong edit can be caught before it reaches the system of record.
Results depend on your systems and your starting point. We do not quote savings percentages; we agree what to measure in the first assessment.
FAQs

No. mapERP connects to what you have. It adds a map-based view and a controlled way to bring field changes back.
Asset managers and planners get one view of assets, work and location. Crews get the right map and a simple way to report what they find. Stewards and auditors get a reviewed, logged change process. Technology leaders add location without a replacement project.
Crews can capture changes offline. They are held on the device and sent when the connection returns.
No. Field users propose changes. A reviewer approves them, and only then are they written back, with a full audit trail.
It gives you a clear record of every change to governed asset data: who proposed it, who approved it and when. That is useful evidence in an audit. It does not make an organisation compliant by itself, and it is not a certification.
